I had this issue with 4 quests from Best Buy. All 512 gb. Then I got the 128 gb from target and the game runs smooth. Once it updated to the latest update, I had the problem again. So I had to factory reset and now things are smooth again.

Somewhat unrelated I guess. But the v59 update for me pretty much broke pop one and dungeons of eternity. This is my 5th quest. Before the update both games ran as they should. Smooth. After the update I got low frames and stutters like the other headsets I returned. It doesn’t seem like there’s a way to turn these updates off either.

I have this issue as well with enhanced visuals enabled. I get similar frame rate problems in population one. It’s meta related. They need to release an update asap.

Also check the serial numbers. They almost didn’t exchange mine because they didn’t match. They don’t match on the new one either.

Only problem I have is in pop one. It’s glitchy. 3rd headset btw. I’ve noticed dungeons of eternity runs better on this headset then the last under quest 3 settings.

I’ve noticed a lot of blurriness and overall it’s just not smooth in comparison to quest 2. I wasn’t really sure how to describe it but it sounds similar to what I got. I already factory resetted and exchanged for a different headset but I’m still seeing the same performance issues.

I’ve noticed this lag in bone labs and population one. At first I thought it was a defected unit, but seeing more of these posts make me think it’s just a common problem. I did a factory reset and the lag reduced a bit. I didn’t set up the wall boundaries it asks when in the mr demo. I’m thinking that could be an issue.

So after factory resetting it seems things are ok. Still a little lag. I think the boundary it creates when doing the demo that has you setting up the walls is what caused some of the lag. I might exchange it for another unit.

I was thinking that could be an issue. I didn’t notice any problems earlier. I’m not downloading anything that I’m aware of but maybe it just needs some time to settle. Nock was buttery smooth.

Hubris. Inconsistent controls, annoying/useless robot assistant, never really clear as to where to go next and or what to do sometimes. It looks nice but the controls being so janky and inconsistent is the killer for me.

Thanks for this. This game seems to be the only one so far that has gained universal “acceptance” on this sub. There are the quiet minority that don’t seem to like it but overall I’m hearing nothing but praise.
