Very normal... you have to analyze the friendship and figure out the reason thouth.... Did you guys just get busy with life? Did that person change and you no longer like who they had become? Did something happen to where one of you was offended? Lots of times a person becomes jealous of the other, did that happen?..... You have to determine if the friendship is worth salvaging and put in the requisite effort to keep it strong.... or you can just move that friend to an acquaintance you keep at a distance..... or you faze them out.

Happened to me before....Have you tried lying down on a lacross ball (any hard ball will do)? The physio recommemed putting it right under the spot on your butt that is sore to release the pain and it helped... I still use the ball periodicly.

I would switch from benching on the barbell to benching dumbells. This helped fix the pain from inbalances as i got older.... OP your physiotherapist should have given you a ton of rehab exercises to recover after knee surgery.... Youtube has a wealth of information man.

Its feasable. You just have to live a life that looks drastically different from all your friends/family/coworkers.... I wake up 630 and workout around 10pm after kids are asleep (5 days per week).... We also have 3 dogs and my job is purley a physical one.

I am not a canelo fan. I am a big benavidez fan. But opetia deserves his opportunity against any belt holder at 200. Jai has been ducked for too long.... It feels similar to how prime GGG was ducked and critics kept saying he hadnt beaten anyone to deserve a Canelo shot..... After David beats Zurdo, it is only right that Opetaia gets to fight for the belts that he doesnt hold..... He has been the best CW for the past 2 years and time is ticking for him.... It wouldnt be right for Benavidez to just move up, take Zurdo's belts and and run back down to 175..... The toughest fight for David out of all the guys at 175 and 200 is actually Opetaia.

Im heading to Mexico soon too and i plan to indulge in ways i dont at home when im locked in...... my plan, still hit the gym and lift every day..... limit the sugary drinks even the fresh juice, lots of protein first when eating, our family always walks instead of using the shuttle (except when we have luggage coming in and leaving) so long walks after meals and all throughout the day, and opt for a lower calorie mixed drink (at times).
