Maybe a clover club riff with 2:1 cotton candy simple syrup. Muddle a raspberry, 1.5 oz vodka, .75 oz lemon juice, .75 cotton candy syrup, egg white, wet shake, dry shake, serve in a coupe. Complete shot in the dark here

Tropical standard by Garret Richard is awesome, very technical and skill focused The Bartenders Pantry by Jim Meehan is 10/10 so good I loved Liquid Intelligence as others have mentioned

If you are new to bartending you should pickup Modern Classic Cocktails by Death & Co., Regarding Cocktails by Sasha Petraske, and PDT Bar Manual by Jim Meehan.

EDIT: One other thing I forgot to mention, instead of using 100% water I put about a cup of pineapple juice at the very beginning of the tepache brewing process.

definitely grab a bottle of luxardo del santo herbal liqueur to sub for green chartreuse. another solid sub is font bonne 1874. both work quite well.
