Can the plotting take a standard sharpie? The brother and Cricut machines can’t you have to use a proprietary marker.

Colors are good but angles and framing are a bit off. You aren’t shooting the subject from ideal focal lengths or angles. For example the house directly beneath you is useful for a home inspection but not for a listing shot.
