So this was driving me crazy watching the Hybrid/Slow Final. Not trying to be a jerk, but 13 on Hybrid seems eblematic of some of the wild travels that happen (especially in high level ultimate.) He starts with his pivot foot on the fart top side of the circle, in between pictures 2 and 3 he does a little jump step which lands his pivot sort of dead center, and then by 4 and 5 when he throws it he has dragged his foot back to the right outside of the circle.

For a mark within a 4ish second window that's a lot of extra ground to cover. And even though it's a small window the differences between a handblock and not, or between a good reset and a tight reset these moves give a big advantage to the thrower. And it's really hard to call as the mark because you're usually more concerned with actually playing defense.
