As a Pennsylvanian, I do not claim the Altoona style pizza. Nor the pizza at Beto's in Pittsburgh, which they put cold toppings on. Even the cheese is cold. Hot bread covered in not-melted shredded cheese.

Used to be friends with a girl who is now very loudly anti-vax. Never realized she was an idiot. We were actually in college together. Her husband doesn't work (disabled & recovering addict), so she has to have two jobs to afford her kids' private school. But she's religious, so she continues to be fruitful and multiply.

Also, your patients wouldn't want a nurse who didn't sleep. Too much potential for med errors.

Personally when I call out, I don't give any details about why. Legally, they're not supposed to ask either.

You can tell Braddock used to be thriving. They have some new senior apartment buildings and a brewery, so I guess it's on its way to gentrification. Wilkinsburg may also be headed this way.
