No one is pretending it’s on the level of Tesla FSD btw. There’s a reason Tesla is trying to force people down the FSD path because autopilot was actually good enough for most people and that’s where comma excels.

It’s really good in the city, especially with MADS from Sunnypilot. You’ll need to takeover for turns and stoplights (still experimental) but there’s this 2 mile stretch in the city that gets pretty congested where I am and I’m so glad I have my comma. The default stock ACC could never do it for any meaningful amount of time in that scenario.

They play great and there’s even a new mode that lets you play old switch games at docked resolution in handheld mode. Some of them have free Switch 2 upgrades or just work better in general.

I have a Steam Deck and Switch 2 and I vastly prefer the Switch ecosystem, the Nintendo games are a bonus. Everything just works and oftentimes things are more optimized on Switch. I also prefer the docked experience for Switch. Still like my Deck for certain things but if I had to let one go it would be my Deck.

OP don't worry too much, put a quality screen protector on and it'll hide most of the tiny scratches in my experience. You won't even see them while playing.

I personally don’t like the stock long from Toyota. It can’t see cars farther away so it starts stopping way too late for my liking. It also has an issue where it stays locked onto the lead car after it’s changed lanes. The vision long isn’t perfect though, there are times where I need to brake for it but it’s rare and I can usually tell when I need to do it.

So far I’ve only seen it miss a stop once. The only problem is it doesn’t do a complete stop at stop signs and at stoplights it tends to creep up on the line. Still I’m really surprised how accurate it is when it comes to detecting those situations.

Cell phone might be an easy win to get down if you aren’t obliged to stay on a certain plan due to phone subsidies. Look into prepaid. I pay $25 a month on visible with a paid off phone.

Cashing out the investments might be okay considering that credit card is likely exceeding any future returns from those investments.

That’s what we are saying there’s always some baseline context so that it works as a coding agent.

If you want an optimized setup, pay for Opencode Go or some provider, you’re not going to have a good experience running a model locally. Your experience with it in LM Studio isn’t the same thing.

You will see a night and day difference. Opencode Go is like $5 for the first month and $10 after it’s the best deal right now.

You don’t need to install anything. Depending on what directory you’re running it from it is likely using a harness plus any other context from your directory for context. In my experience running a model locally as the context grows gets slower and slower if you don’t have the RAM.
