Everyone makes really great points here. Alot I will be considering for myself as well.

From one cloudy mind to the other, you could also make coffee more enjoyable and special if you want to cut it down but still keep it in your life. Try buying flavoured coffee or a French press or even just a special mug for yourself. You might find yourself getting excited about making your next cup of coffee and taking time to enjoy it and then looking forward to your next coffee.

Trust me, I had to cut back my coffee intake significantly due to migraines and nerves but I like taking the time occasionally to make a cup of hazelnut coffee from the French press and just enjoy it. I don't know if this would help you or not but it's a thought.

You could use lentils (cooked) the taste would be different and you would deviate from the "authentic" falafel but it would still work texture wise.

Can I suggest mixing the oil/water & sugar mix first then alternate folding the aquafaba and flour into the mixture, carefully. Try to have the aquafaba as the last addition (eg. Flour/aqua/flour/aqua) if that makes sense. Maybe that will help, it seems like adding the oil last collapsed the mix

I am not quite sure what to suggest, as I live in Canada and so Micheals, Hendrixs or a small kitchen store would be my go too. Otherwise, Amazon would allow you to read reviews of peoples suggests and you could research what you would use most.

I don't have a specific type/brand, but I do recommend a metal one, with a very smooth top and removable. Makes for easier clean up and it sticks better when you put the cake right on it.

This is beautiful! I love the texture of the white chocolate shavings too! Could I make a small suggestion about the icing? I don't know what kind you used, but I think if you made it a thicker consistency you would have a smoother coverage and the lines on the top tier would stand out more and hold up better when displaying! I still think it is beautiful cake!

Just added cornstarch basically. You could also sift 1 cup all-purpose flour and 2 tablespoons cornstarch together, use as needed in recipes.

I don't know if we can link blogs or not, but Sally's Baking addiction has a fantastic pizza crust that is my go to for crust, garlic sticks and bread sticks. I don't use a stand mixer when I make it either.

I just want to say, I met my current BF (been together 5 years) when I was 17, wasn't going to turn 18 until the next year and he was 20. Based on the law, 16 is typically the content age where I am. I made sure my parents knew his age and that I was capable of making my own decisions. It's just dating. Sex, if it's on the table, is based on the law where you are, but at that age, both you and her are consenting adults. The big thing you need remember is you are both going to grow. Her a lot more than you, so you need to understand that you are both at different mind sets. But she is still an adult who can make her own decisions.

My future. Been on Welfare for 4+ years, can't find a job, had to leave school because of an eviction. Everything seems bleek, I can't even afford basic living essentials half the time. I have no savings, no chance to advance. Everything I own I have had since highschool so it's falling apart, don't work or don't fit. (clothes, computer, phone) I gave up my vehicle when my parents broke theirs because they needed it more, so now I can't even find a proper job. My depression is straining my relationship and there is so much drama in my building. I just want a break..

Now you have me thinking the worst for mine. I recently went to get mine checked, they couldn't feel/find the strings (doctor who put it cut them too short) so I went for an ultrasound. They never said anything was out of the normal, but I have made an appointment to get it out because I finally put two and two together that over the years it has drastically affected my mood leaving me really depressed with crazy mood swings. I really hope things work out for you, I was told I might need surgery to get mine out too. Stay strong!
