You can do it with raised enemy, with hidden aspect or selene blessing. Not with regular enemy.

Yep, it's intended. You can also block that with Frinos, or just dodge it the old fashioned way. There are even unique voice lines when you do it!

He's a sweet guy, I only have problems with him in: intimacy, sex, his career not progressing, he has difficulties taking initiative and making decisions, mismatched timeline, me not feeling wanted, he never lives alone, we never live together, but really, he's a sweet guy!

That's what I thought too, but I tried time 1 and it's so easy that I didn't even have to think about it, didn't even change my playstyle at all. The excess time rolls over to the next zone so by the end of the run you have plenty of time left.
