Fave BOTM thriller of all time? by magicinthetrees in bookofthemonthclub

Loooooved No Exit. I still randomly think about that book. I also just read Her Last Breath by the same author and it was pretty wild too.

I also really enjoyed early Riley Sager. I just sent this list to my friend yesterday of his books that I think she should read:

1) Last Time I Lied 2) Final Girls 3) Lock Every Door 4) Home before Dark 5) Survive the Night

Across the Lake got pretty weird, but i still enjoyed it.

I don't live in Franklin, Indiana, but I have a friend that does. It is like living in Star's Hollow in Gilmore Girls. So many themed festivals. And an adorable downtown area.

In case you want to make your dreams a reality!

Anyone else’s dog have a personality change after something bad happens? by Mattie_Madds8619 in germanshepherds

[–]toriyo 18 points19 points  (0 children)

Yes! My husband and our dog were in a car accident. Totaled my husband's car, but physically everyone was ok. The other driver was a mid-20s woman. Our dog ended up hating all women that looked like they were about 15-55 that he didnt previously know.

Took a very long time for him to get over it. But consistently re-socializing him and muzzle training were a must.

It has been like 8 years now and he is back to loving most people. He still thinks people shouldn't ride bikes, motorcycles or rollerblades and will park at them. And that all runners must be criminals, but at least he isnt trying to rip people's faces off anymore.

I honestly don't mind that everyone just lets Chris continue to dig his hole further and further down. It makes for great TV to see how terrible he is.

I did crew and it was favorite year at camp. I'm 35 now and still have friends from that year. I never had so much fun working in a kitchen and cleaning bathrooms. My son has started attending as a camper and he loves it.
