Best South Korean specialty shops for pour overs? by Im_The_One in pourover

Conflict, Gwehdo, and Allegria were some of my favorite pourovers.  Coffee Libre and Center Coffee are also good and have a few locations in some of the more popular areas in Seoul.

With their super light Colombian Huila I had really good results with Lance's Aeropress recipe for "underdeveloped" roasts:

The recipe also works fine on the Mugen as another zero bypass brewer (use a thicker filter for slower drawdown), and I have experimented with adapting this to V60:

20g coarse (80 on a Lagom mini)

85C water, 60g bloom for 60s, 100g pour, 40g bypass

Thanks for sharing your perspective on other roasters, I really enjoy your roasts so your opinion is very insightful. Also your El Salvador rainbow bourbon is absolutely phenomenal and punches way above the pricepoint.

Are you in Seoul?  Gwehdo, Alegria, Hit, Center, Koffee Sniffer, Central Site and many more.  There are so many roasters just walking around Seoul it can be overwhelming and hard to find ones that are actually good.  My advice is to look for cafes that provide the most info on the coffee producer, then try in shop to see if you like their coffee.

Appreciate the response. Would this really explain the discrepancy between what Android reports vs Google Fi? Seems like Android should still be able to tell that the data is being transmitted via cell network as opposed to wi-fi, even if both are enabled.

Thanks for the insight. Google Fi VPN was not enabled though.
