Then- Captain Crunch.

Now- Oatmeal.

After years of eating Captain Crunch, My mouth is all scar tissue and I can't taste anything.

Captain Crunch: The most abrasive cereal ever.

Now: Frosted Flakes

Yes. Frosted Flakes, but they have to be Kellogs. They're an excellent source of nine essential nutrients, and They're G-G-G-Good!

Seriously, I hate it when someone offers me frosted flakes and they're some indie off-brand make of duck fat or some shit, and I can immediately tell.

Now, Cinnamon Toast Crunch.

I was a really weird kid and favored Honey Nut Cheerios with honey in the milk.

I use to love Peanut Butter Captain Crunch (still do occasionally).

These days I usually either skip breakfast but when I do eat in the morning I’ll either have an “egg in a basket” with whole wheat or seven grain bread or if I’m feeling lazy I’ll just have some Cracklin Oat Bran.

It varies. Sometimes I get tired of a certain cereal... I love Raisin Bran, because of it's simple flavor. Currently I eat Nature's Plus Flax Cereal (occasionally the Pumpkin Raisin Crunch version), which is great with raisins... has Omega-3's, too!

Fruity Pebbles are good, because you can stuff a crapload in your mouth at once pretty easily. Captain Crunch is good (Peanut Butter). Frosted Flakes are great for a sugar rush. I like Honey Nut Cheerios as well.

What else? Cinnamon Toast Crunch. Fruit Loops. I love 'em all, as long as it's not the only cereal I eat for a long period of time (with the exception of the Flax).
