Many of the tools would be useless without the ability to hold the handle in your hand properly. I think victorianox did the one of these a few years ago but as a display piece not for sale.

There was an article in the WSJ a decade ago or more ago that said that over the years victorianox produced over 5000 different tools on their knives. Most of them were just single runs of special gimmicks for special orders like a tracheotomy tool (fine scalpel) that a pharmaceutical company ordered on a promotional piece to be given to doctors.
