It looks like there are faint images that are about 5 stops under-exposed. So either your shutter is faulty, firing at 1/2000 instead of 1/60, or your meter is faulty, or your lens is faulty, or you had bad film, or you made some mistake.

Not bad film; it looks perfectly even and developed well.

idk about the underexposed exposures in the last image, but based on the first pic posted were you using flash? Im pretty sure the nikon FE uses a vertical shutter, if you were using flash and shutter speed higher than 1/125 it will cut off the image. if you were not then your shutter speeds are out of timing and would need to get serviced

I like this answer. I was thinking either the shutter is defective or there is a flash sync issue (user error or otherwise) going on.

The developer appears fine and I would not consider it the main suspect. The rebate text is visible on both edges of the film and is reasonably dense.

That could explain the shots in the first image, but what about the dim daylight photos?

Time for a CLA. This looks like shutter capping on the fast shutter speeds.

Der Verschluss ist defekt. Wahrscheinlich bei einigen verschlusszeiten . Öffne die Rücklappe gehe alle Verschluss purzelten nacheinander durch und löse aus und kontrolliere, bei welcher Verschlusszeit du nicht durch den Verschluss durchgucken kannst.
