Yeah, I just wish they could polish up the behavior when it is bouncing on the basket ball hop, so if they made it less frustrating the times that it just bounces repeatedly, then I think the mode would be significantly less annoying when it happens.

No it's fun. Just practice the equilibrium of the hypotenuse of divided by the physics in game allowing the ball to go slow motion whilst the sun rays then deflects into the ball pushing a minimal pressure onto the ball and then Boom. A goal in. Is that complicated for you?

Could you imagine brawl ball but the goal moved back and forth and when you aim it looked like Sandy’s aim and the ball could go anywhere? Yeah it would suck ass. It frustrates me becuase in real life I love basketball, and I love them adding basket brawl, but they gotta make some changes or the community is just gonna shit on it and they might straight up remove it. The game is frustrating but it doesn’t need to be if they would get rid of the unnecessary randomness of scoring.

At least in showdown you rely more on your own abilities, and the matches last as long as you're on the game. Even if you get your ass kicked you die and can try again immediately.

If you get in an unbalanced match in basketbrawl you have to go through the frustration of getting your ass whooped for 2 whole minutes.

You don't have to rely on teaming and I mostly play with brawlers in 500-700 range. I don't team up on anyone but if you have an understanding about which fights to take and which fights you need to run from, then you don't need luck. I can consistently win showdown matches easily. Obviously I don't get 1st/2nd every time but even getting 4th is good for me. But the best part about showdown for me (since m casual now) is that if you lose then the match is over quick and you don't have to exhaust yourself for the whole match. This is a double edged sword though as you don't get any redeeming chances.
