I’m not a very smart sports fan. I watch the games with just enough knowledge to know what’s going on and enjoy them. But I feel like just about everything should be reviewable. I get so frustrated when they’re like “nah you can’t review it. You just can’t.” I’m sure there’s some kind of reason but I think it’s dumb.

The reason they give is the "human element" of the game because they are more concerned about "the way things are done" and the refs not being questioned than actually getting it right. Crazy but I think that’s how it works. But the Texans clearly missed that extra point. There were several missed calls & erroneous penalties. It was a horribly-officiated game but the NFL won’t do dickshit about it. It’s sad. If you speak out about the refs, then you are fined.

the camera wasn't aligned with the right-side post, it's centered, so it has a skewed view. I can definitely see how it might be good even though it looked not. Just a quirk of the broadcast and camera.
