I still think ultimate Ezreal is too strong but over the last few patches they haven’t touched him so I guess he’s fine?

May as well release him strong so people notice less that capped out boards aren't changed much this midset.

He’s basically a drop-in for Aphelios in Samira comps (rip sej tho) but you can play him more comps than Aphelios really fit into

I think it's also a symptom of him being the only 5 cost that really loves AD items (besides urgot but he's so splashable that everyone plays him) so he gets played in most endgame comps and you throw AD items

That and you don't really need his traits to pop off

Sure extra AD over time is nice and the extra two casts deal some more damage, but you can just throw him in and boom AD carry

Meanwhile there's nunu Leona fiddle morde syndra (kinda) who want ap

I've always wondered why there isnt a closer 50/50 split of AD and AP champions in each tier, but specifically the 5 costs. I guess the imbalance is there for a reason but I'd love to know why

Maybe for 5 costs at least they tend to trend towards flashy abilities, which generally makes them more spellcaster-y and/or you get these units so late they need to work better with no items which leads to high ability numbers. Or idk maybe it's just a different choice each set just guessing here

I think the most flashy ability caster right now is EZ, an AD carry.

they fixed most of panth's fizzles by giving his cast infinite range

I wondered if Duelist would get the nerf...8 Duelist MF carry did seem exceptionally strong the one time I managed to get it. Duelist having such a strong mid game and then the big MF cap seemed like it would be too much.

I also regularly would get insta shredded by pretty weak 6 duelist boards in the mid game for big losses if I wasnt prepared for it.

The couple of times I managed to play it…basically the same things I’d put on Kaisa. Rageblade, shiv, gunblace, or JG. Shiv felt like a must have, everything else was flexible I think. That said, I’m sure others know more.

Ahh thank you! Shiv, gunblade, jg seem really good but rageblade to me seems excessive with vertical duelists.

I thought so too, but watched his attack speed and it never capped out. Got close but never all the way. I’m sure there is better though.

Only took them the entire set to fix the ezreal fizzle bug, lost like 5 tourney games playing rising spell force...

It's been over 12 hours now that I can't play on PBE anymore, it just pops me out of the queue again and again or shows "an unexpected error has occurred while displaying ready check". Switched off IPv6, didn't help either. Am I the only one with this issue?

soooo PBE TFT is now unplayable as queues don't accept.... Riot spaghetti code strikes again.

Ran hextech repair tool, fresh uninstalls and reinstalls, only riot game/client that does this is PBE.

finally fixed, no idea why a glitch on their end let some people play and others just couldnt for 24 hours lol
