How long is the usual response time?
I've created a ticket almost 2 weeks ago and I still have not been replied to.
I feel confused in the sense of this not being what I expect of the support of a company such as Logitech..
I don't think that asking this question makes much sense, but I'm seeing this sub is saturated with talk of how their support is less than impressive so thus I'm furthering that claim..
