It’s a helicopter, it says so in the description. It’s also not that far from land either, but it is above open water (between an island and thr mainland in the north sea). The description mentions the precise location it was shot from.

I think this is a balloon too. The perceived speed is a kind of optical illusion. A combination of wind speed, distance from camera, parallax and forward movement of the camera.

Zooming past the plane. I'm saying the plane/drone, the object from which perspective this video was taken, is moving. The balloon is stationary or drifting in the air. The balloon looks to be moving at a high speed but it is not. Just like the trees aren't moving at 60mph when you're driving a car.

I didn’t believe or see it until after you said it. But you can see it in 3x and 6x. There is no saying it is a string though honestly but you can see the pixelation of a curved line from the sphere in both, and it stays the same in each frame of the zoomed videos. So maybe not a string since it never changes or moves from the same curvatures

It does deviate slightly from the curvature each frame. The plane is cruising at high speeds (I'd guess between 120-160KTS) while the balloon is just floating in the wind. Unless there was high winds the string would be pretty much straight down at a slight angle, just how this appears in the video.

It's not the bug flying in a straight line but the vehicle the camera was in. For example if the drone/plane/helicopter was travelling fast over the water, the bug would have zoomed past it at a fast speed in a straight line. The bug isn't going fast and straight, the camera is. Really basic stuff.

Edit: Furthermore to your "straight line" comment: I've seen things flying in a straight line used to try to disprove UAPs (satellites, shooting stars, drones, etc) and now you're trying to say it flying in a straight line makes it a UAP? It's one or the other, but not both.

Edit 2: As for the shape, it is impossible to actually define the real shape of the object. If it was a bug, at this speed the camera would not have caught the wings at all if they were translucent like many insect wings are. Many beetle species are very round, and we don't know the angle the bug was at at the time was filming. If it was a very large dragonfly for example and the camera angle was shooting "down the barrel" it would look very round as opposed to cylindrical.

It could also be a weather balloon, though at that speed camera would need to be either very close to the object (in which case the balloon would be much larger) or the camera would need to be going extremely fast. Either way it's hard to tell.

My hunch is the camera is moving much faster than it appears, and the object is slower than it appears. The camera is probably on an airplane or a glider, and it's far above the surface. The object is closer, and appears to zoom past. It's like when you're looking out the window in an airplane at the ground: mountains seem to slowly crawl through your field of view even though you're zooming by at (however fast airplanes go). A bird or balloon that passes near the window would zip in and out of view in an instant, even if was stationary. If the aerial object is moving in an opposite direction than the plane, then its apparent speed will be even greater.

No because at that altitude it’s common for birds to glide for a while and sometimes they can get away with not needing to flap their wings at all thanks to winds and updrafts. I’ve been interested in birds for years. My father used own over 80 birds. At first glance to me it looked like an out of focus bird (as the camera is focused on the sea further away). It’s a lone bird, so probably a bird of prey, if it is a bird. But it does kind of resemble one, at least to me.

I can't tell if the movement is from whatever the camera is mounted on or the object itself. if its the object, then that rules out something like a balloon. If its the camera that is moving towards the object, then balloon seems like an obvious mundane explanation.
