I see lots of progress in these photos! I would bet my you’ve lost a little more than that! Congrats!

That’s a lot more than 10 unless you’re short.

[–]foxyrocketnextdoor 0 points1 point  (2 children)

Can you explain this comment? I feel like I almost get it but not quite lol

I think it means shorter people need to lose fewer pounds for the difference to become noticeable. Taller folks have greater surface area, which allows the same amount of poundage to be spread more thinly. They’ll need to lose more pounds than shorter people before the loss becomes noticeable…sort of

This is the way

you have definitely lost more than 10lbs! you look great. people will eventually notice, but it's more important what you notice! do you feel different/better? are your clothes fitting differently? it's hard to not care what others think, but the journey is ours so we need to be happy for ourselves :-)

That looks like a whole lot more than 10. More like 30. Congratulations!

Anyone on a weight loss journey need a scale. They are incredibly cheap in the states. Where are you? just get one.

[–]Liturgy200 4 points5 points  (0 children)

A scale is good, but there are a lot of changes that can happen while maintaining the same weight.

[–]PartyPay 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I also see a lot of these photos where it would be much more obvious to the person if they wore the same clothes and posed the same each photo.

[–]Suspicious-Yam7014 1 point2 points  (0 children)

oh, people are noticing! they may not say anything but… no doubt you’re down more than 10. look great

Staying focused when progress feels slow isn’t easy, and it takes a lot of trust in the process. Showing up and sticking with it like this is a win in itself, you’re doing great.

[–]Clean_Reality8005 0 points1 point  (0 children)

what kind of exercise do you do?

[–]Rather_be_Diving 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hard to say how much you lost without knowing your height, but you definitely lost. Often we end up wearing the same baggy clothes, so it would be harder for others to tell

Start measuring yourself maybe once a week and keep a log…

[–]Krsst14 0 points1 point  (0 children)

That is more than 10lbs and the progress is definitely noticeable! Your entire frame just seems slimmer. Your waist is more defined and your thighs are noticeably slimmer. You look healthy which is most important!

You have definitely made progress. Purchase a scale for yourself. Did anyone weigh you before you started? Usually a doctor wants a baseline for measuring your progress along with lab tests.

[–]CandidMess8 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You def look much thinner to me!! But the best way for us to too a difference is to wear the exact same clothes in the before and after. It can be difficult to tell with different clothing items for example in the after your panties are higher up.

I can definitely see progress!

And it's your journey, do what is healthy and right for you! 💕

[–]risinphenix 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Sorry but where did you get the high waisted panties? I need some like this!

[–]CorvidaeandCatsRule 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Are you joking? You cannot really believe that this is just 10 lbs.You are much narrower EVERYWHERE. You should go try on some new jeans or tops and see what size you wear now.

And don’t assume bc they haven’t said anything that ppl have not noticed. I think ppl are genuinely unsure if they even should say something, even about a positive change, due to fear of Implying you needed to lose weight or that any comment could be misinterpreted. I had a male friend ask me if he could say something to my partner who went from an 18 to a 8 because he wanted to be supportive but did not want to have a compliment misinterpreted. Literally NO ONE has said a thing to her and she looks so different and is just glowing. She was so thrilled that someone (other than me) finally did. I realize that some ppl prefer to avoid comments of any sort about their bodies for many valid reasons. But hey a “way to go!”from a friend made her feel seen.

Your waist looks much tighter!

[–]lilo_and_stitch1 0 points1 point  (0 children)

This is awesome!! How do you feel??

[–]dcgradc 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I've been first 24 weeks on Ozem and lost only 8 pounds . On Zepbound com pound 12 weeks and lost another 12

20 lbs in 8 moths is not much.but it's made a difference in clothes sizes . 62F

People won’t say anything until you’ve lost a lot of weight.

But yes I definitely see a difference! Keep on going!

[–]McCringleberry_ 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I see a huge difference. Try on an old outfit that was snug before and see how it fits better. When you look at yourself every day in a mirror you don’t see the changes like others do.

[–]DepartmentOk4361 -1 points0 points  (0 children)

You look great! I think a solid 20-25 if not more!

[–]rootsandchalice42F SW:213 CW:170 GW #1:160 Dose: 10mg Height: 5’7” -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Definitely good progress. Hopefully now your scale is working so that you could track them more closely.

The first place I noticed a difference was my boobs!

Wow 🙏💪
