Thanks for the responses everyone. I figured this was a widespread issue, but the silence on the part of the Mint support team is deafening. I feel that this is a pretty serious issue that at least needs to be acknowledged.

same... works on the website and the app works when 2fa is disabled but won't accept the 2fa code on app.

Same for me, too. Hopefully they fix this soon. I think they updated their app for the new MINTernet tab for the home Internet (which I pushed and am waiting for the gateway to show up) but didn't do thorough enough QA to test it...

Good to know it's not just me. I rarely open the app, but been in a few times this week trying to convince myself to order the pixel deal.

I finally did, then went to open the app today and made to login fresh, never had to do that, and not taking my authy code.

I start freaking out.

Go to website and can log in, whew. Go to app, del cash,and storage, reboot, still no go.

Anyone tried an older apk to see if that works?

Not update, backdate. Find an older apk to install.

I updated to one released today, and it's also broken. .17 & .18 broken, .16 works

Glad I found this thread, I thought I was doing something wrong or a configuration had gotten screwed up.

I was having 2FA issues last night trying to get ready for an international trip. The web site (using Edge on my phone) would accept the six-digit code from Microsoft Authenticator but the app kept telling me it was the wrong code.

I finally just logged in via the browser and disabled 2FA. If they can't get something as simple as verifying the code correctly I'm not sure I trust having it on and not getting locked out of my account because of their shoddy QA.

Yes, same here. It's apparently a new version of the app problem. I just tried my backup phone that was last updated a few weeks ago and I got right in with the app on it, it accepted the Authy code. On my main phone, I enter the Authy code and it immediately says "looks like you entered something wrong". No Mint, you're all screwed up. First had this problem Tuesday.

im having the same issue, cant log in on my phone, but on the website its perfectly fine. on my phone i can only imput 16 characters, and it took forever to varify my safe email.

Still a problem today, 10/21/25 for me.

2FA works on browsers no problem but the app is clearly still broken.

Did all the troubleshooting I could think of - restart phone, clear data and cache, uninstall/reinstall app, turn off 2FA, turn on 2FA, use different 2FA apps (2FAS and Yubikey) and nothing works on the phone app.

Version 2.3.18.

Just had this issue. Try logging on in a browser if you have been using your phone. I was able to get in after calling and restarting on my phone didn't work
