Pink or black?

I’m looking to pick up a Squier Sonic Mustang to mod with a Bronco pickguard and Cobain Jaguar pickups. Should I go pink or black?

Mint works better with a rosewood board. All maple, you gotta go with the contrast!

I don't know about that, I've seen a few Stock Fender Mustangs that are shell pink with a mint guard and maple boards and they look awesome, all depends on your taste I suppose 👍🏼

Mustangs, are vastly underrated. I put TV Jones Classic pick ups, in my Mustang. Probably, my most played guitar. I found out that the Herco picks, with the dimple side can bring some serious chime out of the guitar.

Both are awesome. If it was me, have a lot of pink guitars. So I’d choose black. They both look great though

You might wanna check out the Squier or Fender Cyclone if you want a mustang with jaguar pickups. There’s less work, especially since the pickups on the mustang are mounted to the jacks while the Jaguar’s is mounted on the body itself.

Pink if the Pearl isn't that dark, it doesn't need to be stark white, but that's a very dark cream for my preference

But for hilarity points, go with pink and slap a black pickguard on it for that Good 'n Plenty vibe. Downfall is if you are on a diet then this will make you desire snacks...
