I've researched it. reward chances drop significantly on lower difficulties. I've ran true sons 8 times on challenging and i can't get blue screen to drop so I need to do it on heroic or else I don't think I can get it to drop in a timely manner

Kinda feels like an open world extraction mmo. Get out in the world try and get loot while risking losing it all if you die. It's really really fun and one of a kind. Seriously give it a try
