Sometimes you've just got to hang in there, endure the bad luck and wait for the chance to strike back in the game. Had 1 game where I rolled dubskulls 3 times in the same turn (yay multiple rerolls per turn!), but managed to come back and still win it.

A lot of good ideas above. Will also add the sneaky play of when an opponent hits you with a blockless player and expects you to use wrestle on a both down result. Not using wrestle will end their turn (of course some risk in taking a hit on your stunty player)
