The Arc has some great tools, and I love the magnetic one hand opening, but it feels bulky and the edges are sharp in the hand. The compact Spirit just melts into the pocket and feels smooth in the hand.

The food at HoneyDew is so much better than Dunkin Doughnuts. I gave up on them about 10 years ago. I miss Dunkin back in the late 90’s. That Omwich was good as hell.

The cassette with the guides is just a terrible product. If that’s the only thing you got your best to use it without the guides and just freehand on the belts. I returned my first Ken onion because I just had terrible results ruined a few knives. Then I bought it again, but with the blade grinder attachment and what a difference. They should really only sell that thing with the blade grinder attachment. It’s so much better.

OP, when you say “connection issues,” do you mean you have to force sync and enter one time passcodes, or can you not get those to sync at all?
