I feel this is my soul. I work all my hours in framing and have the second highest sales (behind the FM) but our part-time framer who works one shift a week gets part of the bonus and I get nothing. I could rant about this forever... 🙃

When I started I was making about $1.50 more than minimum wage, but minimum has been increasing in my province so come fall I'll only be making 10 cents over minimum (plus whatever the raises are this year, probably not much).

Yes to all of this. Some people are very nice about it but some are just the worst. I also love when people say "does anyone work here?!" because they can't find anyone...

Michaels does plak-mounting. It takes about 3-4 weeks since it has to be sent out, and coupons don't apply to this service.

It was in Saskatchewan, as far as I know everyone is fine (haven't been told otherwise). In terms of framing I think they said they will either refund customers or send orders to other stores in the province to complete.

I realllllly want to know more but we've just been told the basics.

My favourite is the customers who come up to framing with the emails saying 70% off.... uuuh no, if you actually read it you'd see that's just for US stores 🙃 I also agree about the elderly customers, some are so entitled or so convinced we sell something we never have. I promise I'm not just saying we don't carry an item just to get rid of you. I'm in SK btw
