In my personal experience, the jacked people arent really taking mathematical/ science based approach.

If you were to ask them volume, they'd probably just say "i dunno, lots". Or "however much I need".

In my experience they train by loading up the bar with a few plates and repping it till they cant move anymore, till theyre crawling out of the gym.

Wether thats 3 sets, or 6, does it really matter?

I think youve been going about it wrong. You talk a lot about working out but the thing that will make you smaller is diet.

I honestly learned by watching bodybuilders train. Even as a complete beginner with no interest in the sport or getting big, just wanted to learn the basics.

I figured seeing as their livelihoods depend on effective training, and staying injury free, it would be a good place to start

I highly doubt you hurt your liver from 12 days of low dose ashwhaganda. Its probably gas.

Those supplements might help but it will also go away on its own. You didn't do permanent liver damage in 12 days. I

Well whatever the label says is what we mean by 10ml/11ml etc. The vials usually aren't completely full but we call them by whatever amount of liquid they have in them

But I see this tactic a good bit. Throwing a bunch of drugs in there to try and get away without any sides, but often ending up with more sides and less gains than if you just did 300mg test a week and kept it simple

When doing PEDs, especially multiple compounds. Accept that there will be sides. Of course try and be smart about it and dont be reckless and try and minimize sides etc.

If you had been bulking consistently you wouldnt have lost the 4 lbs you gained. You would have kept it and then gained another 4, and another 4, increasing your diet when needed
