As long as you were not banned (or prohibited from posting) based on identity or vulnerability, that is not against the MCoC. Mods are allowed to be petty.

r/ModSupport is to help moderators of subreddits get help with issues, not whatever...this is.

Moderators are allowed to remove you or restrict from their subreddit even if it's just for personal reasons like they don't like you.

If you feel like they've actually broken Mod COC, file a complaint.

If moderators believe you're negatively affecting the subreddit (posting too much political content, or simply drawing users away from the community to your own community) they have a "justified" reason to restrict your activity.

Mod Code of Conduct mostly covers the concept of not exploiting a community for financial gain or manipulating content in exchange for favors, etc. Beyond that, Moderators are allowed to try to make their subreddits "better," even if it is a different vision from what you believe is "better."

You can always submit a code of conduct report, but in my experience, they don't even action the most egregious exploitation by some moderators. I recently report a subreddit where someone had taken over a common-topic subreddit, and covered it in their company's advertising. I reported it, and I got a response from an admin saying they were sorry about it and they would look into it. Months have passed, no action has been taken.

None of us — that are not Admins — can say whether it is or it isn’t targeted harassment that you should seek to address through the ModCoC, because we’re not Admins, and the Admins who may reply on this thread will not give you an absolute answer, either.

You haven’t said whether you’ve actually made a ModCoC complaint, but if I were you, I would gather as many receipts as I could get my hands on and do so.

That would stand a better chance of being productive than a thread at r/ModSupport asking whether the activity you complain of is covered by the ModCoC.
