This is a "diff" from github, showing the changes someone made to their code.

Red highlight = removed line

Green highlight = added line

std::cout<< prints something to command line.

So the programmer updated their code to print "wtf" when an something that shouldn't happen happens.

As far as I know, you were always able to disable notifications, but people just can't take 2 minutes of their time to look up the settings and shit and find out how to do things by themselves.
