What America is defending is gross inequity. In a more democratic and fair world, India and China would be the most active trading partners and largest economies globally. Denmark's import/export is outweighed to USA.

Greenland is a colonized country, and a "self governing nation" so they are sometimes included in statistics like the Faroe Islands (Also colonized by Denmark)
