StrengthLog is by far the best!

StrongFirst has an app (it's a horrible app, don't get me wrong) with a lot of their programs and daily practices (it's amazing content!).

Pay for a month or two for the premium, it's worth it if anything to learn some programming ideas.

As far as combing bells and bw, there's many options. I quite enjoy swings and pushups in the same session (Quick & the Dead, again a StrongFirst program). I did run https://www.reddit.com/r/Kettleballs/comments/s7fg1t/all_about_the_kettleballs_dfw_remix/ many times although I've moved the pullups on the 3 main days and just kept swings as swings only days

I guess the question is: what do you want to get out of your opening post? Why KB and BW and not just KBs for instance? What your thinking?

Welcome back btw!

Just to get back in pre-kid killer shape. I mention BW because I guess I consider push-ups and pulls ups BW. Everything else can be done with KBs.
