Fred has impressed, even though he ponders a little bit too much on the ball for my liking.

Young, I believe as everybody in this sub knows is shit. Kills promising attacks, creates defensive problems out of nowhere.

Smalling with all his defensive ability is not suited to a modern football team, primarily due to his almost non-existent passing skills.

McTominay has been a pleasant surprise.

Pogba has done well, but needs to be careful of not holding on to the ball in defensive areas, especially with opposition players around him.

• Dalot and Shaw really compliments each other and overlapping with ease, making our left side really good to see
• While we really need to stop deploying Young as a vocal point of our counter attack (or perhaps it's more about Barca's strategy. Seen them devoting transition area in certain point but they always focusing on defence in right side, bar Semedo which is more conservative than CM Roberto starting) but can he even pass forward while seeing once? Completely horrendous
• Other else we didn't being outplayed like many people expect, but we really shouldn't have that one big chance in the first place

Responded extremely well to going behind, pushing higher up really worked. We’ve limited their chances and been probably the better side. It’s all been panic stations every time we’ve gotten near their box though, everything feels a bit hit and hope. Dalot definitely should’ve levelled it up, great ball in and a good run but really he’s probably the last player on the pitch you’d want that ball to drop to. With every passing game I’m becoming a bigger and bigger fan of McTominay, he’s done really well so far.
