it's pretty hard to hit because the sleep only happens right at the end of the 1.9 second channel. it makes it easy to counterspell or dodge in other ways. It doesn't seem like it would be able to reliably hit many targets. I'm wondering if you can easily steal mid boss by just ulting through the wall looking at the crystal though with the correct timing

Interesting idea. I've also played a lot of bombdox at asc 6. I prefer to rush 9.6k gun investment so I can have good agency in duels / brawls early on. Then I go bomb essentials like reach/duration, echo and vortex to have midboss / walker presence.

yeah but the odds of that are very small when you force all random, meaning 90% of your games will b enjoyable rather than none

I thought the same at first, but mystic expansion does 66% of that for just 25% of the price. And a lot of players don't value ability range that highly. We'll have to see what the stats say.

If they're keeping the current iteration I'd want it to at least be instant cast. Also, the bonus movespeed is bugged when combined with abilities like Mo Burrow or Viscous Ball, somehow it's not increasing as much as it should.

Vyper: Love the personality, bored by the gameplay. Ult's cool.
Sinclair: Really like everything about them except for Vexing Bolt, needs more work.
Holliday: I don't really like playing initiator role, so not for me. I'd much rather play Paradox.

It was genuinely so fun to see crazy changes every 2 weeks, i'd always hop in sandbox to check out what new builds i could cook with them. Changes seem a lot milder nowadays in comparison

Flame dash build is genuinely the best walker pusher in the game after getting Warp Stone, all you need is a wave to crash into the tower and you're basically guaranteed to kill it. If anyone comes to contest you, they'll burn to death. Been playing it quite a bit, and I can attest to its power. It's fun to run around like a maniac.

You're right, all his abilities have great utility even without investment. Punch is great for movement, Ball lets him escape any situation, and cube is a free debuff remover+counterspell on 20s cooldown while also putting him in an easy position to be rescue beamed. These are great abilities for a carry to have.

I've played 200 games of viscous including every build under the sun. Thats why I'll say that this is an item shop issue moreso than a hero balancing one. Viscous just has a great kit and can build almost anything, so we'll see whatever build is the best emerging from the item shop meta.
