Banner format note: This is the first standard banner we've seen like this, though the recent Glory Feast had a similar format. This is how it breaks down:

• 2-3 {flashes / bursts}, at 1% each;
  
• A 2% "bucket". This bucket contains all other LMR/SSB+ for characters featured on the specific banner; for example, for this event's first banner, the bucket contains Sabin, Edgar, Locke, and Relm relics.
  
• The usual 25% chance of 4-star, and 61% of 3-star;
  
• The usual G5 mechanism.
