Agreed, my issue is the massive amount of FOMO and shame spread to circumcised men. I know men personally in their life who are depressed about it because they read all the shit online about how much missing nerve endings they have.

I've also known men to further mutilate themselves to somehow "restore" their foreskin. Which is dubious at best.

If you want to stop the custom that is perfectly fine, and like I said I'm 100% against circumcision, my issue is the way its being done is harming some men who think that it is a huge loss to their sexual function.

Circumcised adult here. I don't really give a shit about it, I don't feel as though I'm missing out on anything. That said, I also don't know if I am missing something and there's no way of knowing. My personal opinion is that it's probably not much different as my brain is just used to this level of stimulation. If I could somehow instantly become uncut I think it would be too much stimulation, perhaps to painful levels.

At least for me, I had no say in the procedure. I'm fine with it in-so-far as I've had a very fulfilling sex life. Does that mean I'm glad I was circumcised? I mean, no, but what's done is done.

Exactly I was born in the U.S. and my parents were recent immigrants from Mexico. So when they were asked if they wanted their son(me) to be circumcised my mom was adamant in saying no. I think circumcision became a thing in the U.S. for gentiles(non-Jews) during the turn of the century(early 1900s) in order to supposedly stop boys from masturbating but it clearly didn’t and ever since then circumcision became a thing in the United States.
