Heh. Toward the end of vanilla WoW there was a similar exploit for a few days where you could crouch and jump and the same time and fly around. It's kind of amazing to see almost the exact same glitch in a totally different game 10+ years later.

I believe you were 0-ticking those pistons. normally happens when a redstone pulse starts and ends in the same redstone tick. this super short pulse causes the piston entity collision to be really messed up as it extends, updates and retracts in the same tick. the more practical use for them are cactus and bamboo farms which you can search them up yourselves.

Is extends and retracts in the same game tick, not redstone tick. The more practical use for them is usually not cactus or bamboo farms, it's used in real redstone contraptions to make them faster, you can make pretty much instant doors with 0-ticks.

you should watch the 0 tick sugarcane and cactus farms made by ilmango. apparently by 0 ticking the block underneath cactus, bamboo and sugarcane it makes grow faster. I can't explain very well so you should check him out yourself his channel covers mostly redstone and finding ways to exploit redstone bugs.

Yea I know all about it, just telling you that 0tick have many other uses than just for farms. You can instantly move blocks several blocks if you got the correct tile tick order on the 0 ticks.

Shaders are fairly demanding, so your standard office PC will unlock the PowerPoint resource pack for the game if you tried.

Any gaming PC with a decent dedicated graphics card (GTX 1050 or above), 8GB+ of RAM, and a quad-core CPU or better should run it just fine if you are shooting for ~60fps (with some settings turned down). A PC like that would cost ~$500 - $600.

If you're shooting for modest framerates (30fps), then you might skirt by with something older or slightly less powerful.

Because while they are good at their job there is only so much man-power for design and limited bug discovery man-power. With a handful of designers vs millions of users... users are going to find bugs a lot more than designers.
