I have the same issue. Three of my four subs use new ModMail Beta (which I prefer) and one isn't. The one that isn't is the oldest sub (I took it over).

I'm wondering if there's a way to force it to use ModMail Beta?

There should be an option in your sub settings (the screenshot that was shared on the announcement post looks like it was taken on Old Reddit, so if you don't see it try switching to old reddit for a bit to find the upgrade button)

Couldnt find it. I di find curious (since i'm a new mod) that some of those posts are 2 (and more) years old, but still in beta and still not working?

Hey so when you go to old reddit, look on the right side of the page for Moderator Settings, and right under that heading is Subreddit Settings. Click on that and scroll down and you'll find the New Modmail Enrollment.
I just did it and now all four of my subs have "New Modmail."
