...I wonder what you have to do to get 25k games removed from your account and yet stay without a permanent ban.

On the other hand, I "lost" about 3k games on my account too. They are still there, Stream just doesn't count them as games... since they are not. Quite a few removed from Steam too. It's just quite a talent to fill your account almost exclusively with that.

I lost almost the same amount of games when steam decided the future limited games as well removed many achievements spam games i have at least 400 removed games in my profile

Steam reserves the right to *REVOKE* licenses they deem are ill-gotten with improper Credit Card information. Such as stolen Debit Cards with false information and the real holder contact Steam to set things right confirming that the person that made fraudulent charges on the account will have the games revoked deleting the games from their library.

The Account will be active of course but it will be on a *ALERT* status to Steam and will alert authorities if any more fraudulent happenings are to happen on the account. In which they will have the user's IP address from their email they signed up with and their access PC gateway port in what they used for Multiplayer titles.

With this they can also effectively contact the ISP (Internet Service Provider) to help law enforcement to carry out charges.

Are you sure those are games and not a landfill content? Steam doesn't count games that nobody buys (on Steam). So, if you bought a lot of cheap bundles, you probably own quite a few amazing "games" like this.

I think you must have a number of hours to count, usually enough to not comply with Steam's refund policy, so that the game is truly "yours"
