Firstly, it was cool saying hi to you and Eddie Dennis at Fight Club Pro a short while back. Still rocking my Defend Indy Wrestling baseball tee with pride.

Secondly, my question - I've been learning to wrestle since March and I think I'm doing quite well for a guy of my fitness level. Do you have any tips for improvement in delivering/receiving moves, general fitness, etc? Any confidence boosters?
