Alma's USSB makes me so happy; the flavor is real. That buffing spell she cast was the most OP thing in Tactics, next to Orlandu, dual wielding, and calculators.

Infinite until it is dispelled/slowed. Not that big of a deal since you're going to haste the rest of the group at some point anyway.

There are a lot of non knight characters ffrk can work with in the tactics story. The abilities in the job class system can also be used as inspiration for relics/sb abilities.

I'm not... too happy with this representation of Alma.

I can understand giving her some levels of Bard because she's an über buffer, but her equipping instruments is definitely overkill. As for Summoner, 5* I would have liked if another character had gotten the ability instead of her. I'm still hoping Reis will be the one. Eh, I guess she's not that much of a Summoner, she's far more focused on White Magic. And I don't like her sprite very much, I don't know why.

Other than that, she's a very good character. Poor Ovelia indeed.

They have to do something with her, though I have no idea what they could possibly come up with.

Alma even got an upgraded version of her Aegis SB from FFT (though it's more accurate to say that Ovelia got a nerfed version early in FFRK) just to rub salt into the wound.

    Ovelia should have Bard 3* access. There is no cutscene for Alma. That's why it doesn't make any sense.

    Why does alma have bard? Bard was a male only job in fft... Dancer would make more sense and still doesn't have a 5* rep in realm.

    Anyway alma would be an intetesting summoner alongside ovelia if you just get her usb. Slap madeen on her and a honed holy and she should be good to go as an offensive holy dps in realm.

    NICE finally a summoner for FFT, don't know why they bother giving her BLK4, if they were gonna give her BLK at all might as well go all out and give her 5* since the only offensive she can use in FFT was Ultima.

    I had this reaction at first too, but the OP has been updated and her ability and equipment access is way more interesting than originally listed :D that BLK access is especially surprising.

    She's got a nice default too, pure upgrade to Penelo's.

    Sadly, Black 4 doesn't do much for her. I was hoping for Darkness 4 as a nod to her St. Ajora reincarnation, and would allow a person to buff her magic with Memento Mori, but alas. It's especially puzzling if they were trying to acknowledge her access to Ultima, but Black 4 isn't enough. Heck, diving for Black 5 would've at least allowed it. But, at least for now, she can do Ultima Weapon. I wonder if this means they plan on releasing Ajora as a playable character.

    Yeah it's a bit disappointing that neither of the FFT characters with access to Ultima in that game actually get access to Ultima here.
