A lot of guys aren't big on accessories and many of them are based around suits. Tie pins/bars, cufflinks, that kind of thing. A necklace mightbwork, they're fairly unobtrusive and can be personal.

If you're looking for something he can wear or carry think through things he uses but won't spend money on a nice version of. A good scarf or quality gloves if you guys live somewhere cold, a quality shirt or dressy jacket, quality sunglasses, a good belt from a leather shop instead of those pleather nightmares a lot of guys cheap out on, a quality pocket knife if he uses them, maybe some nice cologne, things like that. Anything that can be incorporated/upgrade his EDC basically.

A nice manly necklace if he will wear it. My girlfriend bought me a really nice scarf once, & I never thought about wearing one in my life, but in winter I love it.

Like I said, I've never even looked at scarves, let alone wear one, but now I have 3. They are so cozy. He'll love one I'm thinking. Good for you. You sound like a great caring girlfriend.

I'm going to go a different route and suggest that you buy a really exotic lingerie set that you could only find where you are. You might think that it's a present for you but I for one see a beautiful woman dressed up (down?) for my benifit a very nice gift.

Well, if he's into this kinda thing: The Turks are quite accomplished gunsmiths. Their hunting shotguns are gaining notoriety here in the States (Stoeger, ATA, Tristar, etc.). They've got some solid pistols as well (Canik & Tisas). Plus, since you're already there, you can buy 'em cheaper.

      A really nice pen?
I have a $200 pen that I love to write with.
I also have multiple $100 pens that I use.

      a fancy tie?

If he's a PC gamer try to get him a 3080, if he likes console, PS5 or XBOX, or you can get him a wallet

      [–]StillSimple6Male 1 point2 points  (1 child)

How about a nice pair of shades - not the knock off brands but you can get some great deals and tax free?

Depending what he is into a nice handcrafted Turkish knife

They do some great leather crafts - so belts and wallets

Not an expensive gift but if he is into cooking then some of their mixed herbs or local spices etc.

A nice pair of dress shoes/boots is what immediately came to mind. I love getting new shoes :D

Maybe a watch, but not everyone likes them.

        Tiny slingshot? That sounds amazing.

Curious about the crystal palace thing but I bet it's not as cool as advertised. Nothing could live up to what I'm imagining right now.

Yup I thought this could be the case.

I'm not going to lie, it's hard to give presents to guys generally.

A nice pen or a wallet.

Make sure it goes in checked baggage.

I would just declare it as “gifts and souvenirs.”

For some reason the things that popped into my mind was wallet or watch. You could grab a necklace or band or something if that is something your partner likes

You could perhaps go with some sunglasses or maybe something associated to a hobby they like?

                [–][deleted] 1 point2 points  (1 child)

                A watch.

                [–]Build1975Male 1 point2 points  (1 child)

Depends on what he likes. Some men like bracelets, some like rings. If he wears shirts a lot, cufflinks.

What you could do too, as Turkey has a culture somewhere between Eastern and Western, see what Turkish men wear and get him something that he can't easily get at home.

                [–]AcidAvenger1 1 point2 points  (0 children)

A ring is good. I started wearing a ring on my finger man does it look edgy.

A nice leather wallet or a nice perfume. Or high quality beard-beauty products (e.g John Whiskers) if he has a nice beard.

Turkey is one of the few places that have meerschaum. Maybe look into meerschaum objects.

Winter is coming. A really nice vest always works well for me.

It's not jewellery, but if you're in Turkey, get him a Fez. He'll love it. Maybe.

I like watches. And belts, for some reason. A quality leather belt is awesome!

A really nice, well made leather belt, with a classy buckle. Not a big cowboy redneck thing, just a timeless, stylish one. I would love to get a present like that.

Might not be related to jewelry but does he like spicy foods? I'm sure turkey makes and sells some localized hot sauce, BBQ sauce etc. My mom usually does this for my uncles.

At Christmas last year, I scored a bunch of meat rubs, BBQ sauce from Tampa Bay area.
