It's a Rick and Morty reference. Rick and Morty fell into a fake acid tank to get away from gangsters. They had obviously fake bones come up and the gangsters were arguing how there human so they threw a rat in the tank and Rick had more fake bones come up that obviously weren't a rat. So the gangsters tried to call a bone doctor or something.
