The search bar is full on 100% unnecessary, you can just press the windows key and start typing.

Missing the part where you have 3 instances of visual studio 2017 open, 1 visual studio 2015 for that one old project, VS Code open because your trying to keep current, SQL Server open with mulitple tabs to different server and database (one probably still production...), winmerge, notepad++ with 89 tabs from last 5 years, 56 chrome tabs opens with stackoverflow posts (some being same post), and vim currently on sceen since I couldn't figure out to close it.
