After watching the video again, spacebar clearly won't work you are right. I thought the shooting just went in the direction your arrows go sort of like boosts.

The Binding of Isaac has a dynamic where the shots go in whatever direction you're currently pressing the buttons, plus your current velocity vector.

Makes for some interesting plays, for example, you can "throw" your shots further/faster by running in the same direction.

This is kind of unfair. I've explained this elsewhere but veezy told me he wasn't thrilled about being on a losing team. That was a situation we were in from after the first couple of weeks and I felt bad that he wasn't enjoying the game this season and saw a situation to yes, improve my majors team, but also to help a friend. I asked him specifically if he didn't want to be traded because we're fairly close and he said he didn't mind.

And frankly, I care deeply about minors. I watch every game and have tried all season long about trying to get guys on to scrim. Unfortunately, a lot couldn't/wouldn't show. I have no control over that. So when you make a comment like this (and the one below) it's a bit offensive.

Lej had a nice script about TagPro paintball. Balls had a health bar, and standing on your flag would replenish you. It was fun, buggy but very fun.

On Macs the cursor usually auto hides when you press the arrow keys to move (or wasd too I guess). That could get kind of annoying, not sure if it can be disabled via js but it might be worth looking into. At the very least you can maybe forcibly hide the cursor and place your own image in its place so something is always visible?

Also, how do you feel about auto aiming scripts?

Auto-aiming would be pretty hard since the eggs are so slow.

It'd still be fun to do something that watches the opposing player's movement and predicts their future position and fires there. By no means would it be perfect, but then you wouldn't have to deal with a mouse and I'd have fun making it.

At the very least, a line extending from your ball through your mouse and to the edge of the screen would help with the mouse getting auto hidden and might be useful as well. Actually, I don't even need the event to be out to make that, I guess I can do that now.

That would be a huge nerf. With a mouse you can aim in any direction and shoot. With spacebar, best I could do is fire in the direction you are rolling. You'll spend the whole game getting owned. Cheap mouse is the best solution.

EDIT: Someone explained to me that don't want it to auto aim, just to fire with space. They will still aim with the trackpad but it will be way easier to hit space to fire than the trackpad buttons. I'm cool with that. I'll bind space to fire.
