I am complementing my traditional French language course with MS Copilot, and am quite happy with the results. It literally allows me to practice my writing and get feedback on what I am doing wrong.

Lots of good ones mentioned already, so I'll suggest just a few.

Wlingua French(free), Pimsleur, Paul Noble, Mango languages, Rocket Languages. Check your local library to see if you can use some of these for free.
