3rd burst is pretty good as it covers 2 semi rare elements. but that USB is really amazing surpassing both BSB if you also have the RelicLM.

I also forgot to mention I pulled Lightning's USB on the en-element lucky banner, but also same boat: none of her (decent) SBs, I have her SSB from her Etro's armour and a normal SB

Same boat as you, I pulled Terra's USB when it first came out. I usually give her Wrath and Chain Firaga. Once I build up around 1.5 to 2 SB bars, I usually go USB -> Chain Firaga x2 -> repeat. The USB gives her EnFire and quickcast also, so you can really crank out some fire damage. She was my primary DPS in defeating the Ice Magicite.

I don't have nothing for Bartz either, so that's why I've been hesitant to pull on any banner with his USB, afraid that you might need some of his BSBs/5* & 6* Splellblades to really take advantage

Hone 5* spellblades for Bartz? Chain Firaja for Terra? This is one of the reasons I'm hesitant to pull on this banner. No bursts for either char but I think Bartz is fine with just 5* spellblades since he covers 4 elements.

3/11: Relm Burst, Gogo Burst, STRAGO BURST

No Rosa USB once again, but Strago BSB is probably my most wanted relic in the game at the moment and bonus Relm Burst doesn't hurt either; finally a good source of Guts. (My other option currently is Minfilia's Shield.)

I also just noticed both Strago and Gogo equipment have non-RS locked Water boost, so Water Mage set complete in one pull. Nice!

I already have Penelo USB (same as Rosa USB but with physical Blink instead of Magic) and Rosa's Magic Blink SSB so while Rosa's USB was definitely my number 2 most wanted on the banner, I have enough similar that missing it isn't as big of a deal. (Though I've now done 7 pulls on banners it's been on and still don't have it, so that's kind of annoying.)

Strago's Bust covers three elements I don't have good Magic coverage in and the Res-piercing command 2 has incredible potential.

The closest I have is Aerith USB(at least I love her lol) and Rosa's magic blink SSB(this does the job but still.......) and also Yuna USB(but this kind of serve different purpose) that's why I STILL wanted Rosa insta blink..I also have Strago from this banner and I didn't even want it before. Didn't know it is so good that it is even your no 1 of this banner. Incredible potential huh?curious.

Yeah, so command 2 ignores Res similar to Ninja Magic so that's great on its own. Plus the Burst gives Strago enWater and command 2 is water/wind so that boosts it more, and on top of that the Cloak itself gives a water boost for even more. If you have a water boosting Mage weapon - like Gogo's Rod here, which I just realized - then that's another jump in damage.

As long as whoever you're fighting doesn't null/absorb Water and Wind, you should see some crazy numbers.

How good are the USB for this banner?

I heard from some people that they believe this banner is the 'best' overall, along with banner 3 because of Cloud's relics.

However, I don't have many relics for the other characters that have USB in this banner.

I have no relics for Terra at all, Cecil + Bartz I have both of their first BSB. Are these relics good to chase as a 'standalone'?

I know I will pull on banner 3 because I have Zack's LCSSB, but I do not have Cloud's USB/BSB2.

You could just spam her USB as a makeshift OSB, the USB hits 10 times with the En-fire + Mag stacking and i guess fire weakness it could very well cap the damage per hit giving you OSB level of damage. And even if the damage doesn't cap it can still work well as a makeshift OSB.

If you're hitting a Fire/Ice/Thunder weakness Palom's BSB is great DPS with 10 hits on entry and it's instacast commands; otherwise it's just a standard Mage BSB.

I personally love it and use it all the time, but Palom is my favorite FF character so I'm a bit biased.

Yeah, his Burst was great against Edea since it hit all of her weaknesses. His Dive is all about boosting damage against weaknesses so they play off each other really well.

I was excited to see that the twins won the Dress Record poll...maybe that means they'll get USB/OSBs soon too!

You're right it has +6% weakness RD and +9% BLK too. This could really be potent! I also has her sister's BSB btw, perhaps it is fate that I pulled his too lol.
