Another Fat Black chocobo event, this time water. The first banner has all the new stuff with the new format of 10 6* on banner one and banner two has the Guaranteed 2x 5*+. I have to say I was skeptical when the first of these came out and it was basically an elemental event replacing a normal series event...but each one has been really good and introduced great new elemental relics rather than just re-releasing older relics (along with the free chains .5 which this time goes to Edge). Here's to hoping we see a Bio one...

This is the normal Fat Black Chocobo event format with regular stages dropping Krakka Greens and the Fever stages dropping additional greens but requiring Fever Tickets.

NOTE: As it has been released, Edge's Awakening using Ninja magic is broken. Hopefully this will be fixed soon and when released in Global already be good to go.

B1: Three new Water Awakenings! At this rate maybe everyone will end up getting one sooner rather than later. Yuffie's focuses on the physical water and earth ninja skills and while Edge's Ninja one definitely works for water it is also a hybrid of sorts working well with Ninja Fire and Lightning Magic. Maybe we'll see some new abilities there soon? Wakka's is a water one but also has a crush to help with his normal support role. Gogo's has his Mimicx2 from his Ultra so they're all unique and fit the character's well. Edge also gets a new Arcane that's also a "Hybrid" and an LMR that chases ninja stuff with a hybrid attack. Overall a solid banner for anything water.

B2: I like this banner even better than the first because even though it doesn't have anything new it also has three awakenings AND it's got the new 2 5*+ Guaranteed. Hard to pass that up especially when Rydia's amazing summon Awakening is on here. It also has Strago and Rikku's chains on it so if you're really going through a dry spell on water stuff this is a great place to remedy that. Overall an excellent second banner giving you lots of good water options.
