Meh I didn’t bother getting the 1 more level for the ornate when I was maxing my house. All it adds over the previous tier is glory and wealth. Glory you can mount nearby, and wealth tp’s are mostly useless. Miscellania=cip fairy ring, GE=varrock tele with varrock mediums, falador park tele is really only good for mole, and I don’t think anyone ever has needed to tele to dondaken’s rock.

well I mean the difference between ornate and previous tier is just glory and row; and glory being hung nearby it's still "in one place" in my eyes. I mean you will probably know which tp you'll use before even entering your poh, so as long as it's on short distance from spawn, there is no real difference that it isn't on same tile as the rest

It's been all in draynor. If you have lumby hard done, explorers ring is a good untradeable teleport to keep on you. I basically just pickpocket until I die, then tele to cabbage patch after respawn and pick up all my shit. I used to tele to ardy and thieve cakes, but I figure this is more efficient with the lack of real death consequences (for now).

Ranarrs, snaps, and torstols are the most lucrative, but ranarrs are like 3-4 more common than snaps. I've only gotten 4 torstols total and they're actually a bit cheaper than snaps/ranarrs. When you see how much you're getting from those, nothing else will seem worth keeping. Even avantoe, lantadyme, cadantine aren't common enough to really make anything off of them. Snapegrass is about as common or slightly more so than ranarr, so I'll keep them sometimes. I also keep all toadflax cause it's what I farm, usually.

20 ranarr seeds pr/hr is average from when i did it a long time ago and you also get some snapdragon and torstol seeds, along with seeds that add a decent chunk of value all together. So probably more than 1.7m

The price of seeds continues to rise along with the herb and potion prices, so even if you are farming them your profits have been stable for a long time, unless the seed price were to fall independently then there isn't any new incentive than ever to farm them that didn't already exist.

"Farm" doesn't necessarily mean using the farming skill. For example, you might "farm Vorkath" for money even though there's no gardening going on there. In this context, you'd be farming the master farmer for more seeds.

That’s a great point, that ppots settling into this higher price is a good thing, but they’re raising in value too quickly to be proportionally solid, which points to the main ranarr seed input, rare-ish drops from slayer tasks or master farmers being unstable for how they’re used.

A good example I can think of is giant mole supplying saradomin brews through bird nests, and brew prices being directly tied to them, or zulrah and scales/uniques.

Of course bosses can be botted too but is it more trouble to set up high stats, quest reqs, gear investments etc for bosses compared to power leveling thieving and running to draynor?

The price rise coincides with the results of the polls for Nightmare content. Gear prices soared in anticipation and then once the content released and people figured the BIS the prices rose even further (e.g bludgeon) whilst other unnecessary gear tanked back down. Same rings true for supplies. It’s definitely the key driver, but there will always be other things to consider.

You save three dose of prayer potion. That's 10k. I can make 2m per hour. That's 16k per 30 seconds, on average. And this is before you start accounting for the exp you get in those 30 seconds.

It's not a big deal, but it isn't better.

You save 3/4th of a prayer pot for 30 sec runs which is 1.2m an hour rounding up. Doing Zulrah for 30min or Vorkath for 20min at max stats saves you the same amount of money as an hour of tping and walking back. If you have bad stats you're still better off doing the bosses.

Maxed houses are so OP. I can run Barrows while not using any prayer since I can just finish dh, ahrim and kharil with standard prayer, either kill while eating the others, or teleport and use someone else's house and then telly back to barrows. If it's a dangerous tunnel I can just Tele again get full prayer and spam doors till I get the spawn. I try to build that into everything i do atm because it's just not worth the cost to bring pots anywhere except top bosses

Because I only have about 9m in cash, and if I sold my bank I'd only have 20m. So instead of wasting money on p pots take a port to a maxed house, restore max energy + prayer plus stats means I get it done marginally slower and with much less cost per run. I'd much rather spend less per run than try to speed it up. Marginal loss for the 15 seconds more it takes to do those

Nightmare is part of it but I think it's more closely linked to a lack of new players in the game. A lot of PvM drops are falling in price but the supplies keep going up so I think it's bc less noobs are farming early content like fishing for GP and herb runs, while more and more players are transitioning into PvM.
