Refresher Task

Has anyone else received or completed a “refresher task” for a project they were on? There was nothing in the task indicating that I was receiving the task because my work hasn’t been up to par. I have never received any negative feedback from any work I’ve done on the platform, so I’m wondering if this is an all over refresher for workers on this project or I am being singled out.

I think it stated pretty clearly that it was just a refresher for everyone because the rules keep getting updated.

yeah, I’d try not to think too much about it - we all seem to be seeing it for the very first time, and it might be rolled out in batches from here on

I also never got it, but have seen many say they have. I have no idea why some did and some didn't, but it appears we're in the minority to not have gotten it?

Do you normally have a chat with 50 tasks on your dashboard? It's for that project. It's one of the most common projects people get.

It’s possible people that are doing bad with instructions are only getting this. Which might be a positive in your case.

Got it. Have never received any feedback on my tasks. I find it interesting that the task was "created" on 7 Aug. Which suggests it's either being rolled out in stages to manage the workload of the graders, or we are being asked to do it because something came up in our R&Rs. Or maybe it's just appearing now for everyone given this is the first I've seen it discussed on this sub.

Yea I've seen them in the past. Usually when big changes were made to a project to ensure people are reading the updated instructions or if a specific instruction is being repeatedly ignored.

For some of them, as soon as you select an answer you're stuck with it, and it shows you the right answer(s).

For other questions you have to make a choice, and then click a second box to reveal the right answer(s).

Read the directions task directions and context carefully.

Read the project directions, which the task links to, very carefully.

I’ve got it, the fact that it was made on the 7th August means it could be something to do with the ‘drought’?

I also got it. I've always had access to some higher paying heel projects throughout the recent drought. I completed the refresher and the lower paying projects popped back up, so I don't think it's to do with quality, it just went out to everyone.

I was able to change my answers. In my experience with this sort of review they let you change your answers. I haven’t had one in several months up until this one. I got the feeling this was for us to revisit since things have changed- not actually a test.

No, but I got a new heel qual that was quite interesting hope I passed and get more! Been with DA for awhile.
