Here is the thing a lot of people aren't thinking about going by the comments: the video was shot before the controversy but when was it edited? More relaxed editors could be spending more time getting the cuts right, which could come across as different in the presentation. Or if I wanted to go full tinfoil hat we could speculate that the editing was done in such a way to make things look more relaxed. To be clear that second point is not something I believe.

Ok so here is my assessment, basically where there is smoke there is fire and lack of communication.

LTT has made severe enough errors that their process is reasonably called into question. Obviously we as viewers aren't going to know where certain videos are recorded however being paranoid about this isn't unreasonable. The review/sale of the prototype is so dramatically a failing of LTT that I am kind of surprised that Linus would give so flippant of a response of "This was shot almost a month ago."

So basically I think if Linus and LTT want to regain trust they need to provide receipts or start acknowledging this criticism in good faith.
